TRAVEL THEME: World Cups: Destination Mugs

I accidentally got into this collection of Starbucks Destination mugs, but when i realized that I already had three, i decided to go on.  I think these mugs have already been faced out… but they were good while they lasted.  🙂

A cup of coffee is a great reason for my mom and I to get together in the morning.  Over a cup of coffee, friendships can be made, brokenness can be healed, a stressful day can be relieved, and a much needed break can be achieved.  The places where i got these nuts/cups carry within them some beautiful memories that I have been so privileged to experience.  Thank you, Lord.  I have a cup of coffee to count these blessings with.

This is my entry to Ailsa’s Travel Theme: World Cups.

  1. I love your take on this! 🙂 It’s too bad Starbucks no longer carries these since I would definitely collect a few!

    • Thanks… 🙂 Some friends don’t like Starbucks because of some of their position on social issues, but I am just buying for the sake of the quality of the stuff they put out… I don’t know, I feel like sometimes, it’s a real slippery slope when we live and think like that, so I don’t. 🙂

      • It’s up to each individual. I actually prefer Dunkin’ Donuts here in New Jersey. Starbucks is much more expensive but I consciously don’t support their business if I can because of certain issues they do contribute to.

  2. wonderful collection and the fun memories that go with each mug! beautiful reflection!
