The letters INRI = Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iedorum, Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews. Just as intended, no need to say anything… the best thing to do is contemplate on the image itself, and say a prayer to God, thanking Him for the gift of everlasting life, the sacrifice of Jesus that opened the gates of heaven for all…

Taken inside the Rosary Basilica in Lourdes during my recent visit to France, this picture of the mosaic of the 5th sorrowful mystery of the rosary, is my entry to Cee’s Fun Photo Challenge: Letters.

  1. Beautiful!

  2. Wonderful entry for this week!

  3. This brings back wonderful memories of our Marian pilgrimage. I spent some quiet time inside the Basilica – serenely beautiful!

  4. A very beautiful entry Fr. Sunny!
